Mr. Weiner was born on August 15, 1936 in Savannah, Ga. He graduated from the University of Georgia in 1958 and from the University of Georgia, School of Law in 1960. His published works include "The Lessee´s Option to Purchase" of the Georgia Bar Journal in 1960.

Mr. Weiner is licensed to practice law in the state of Georgia. Mr. Weiner is a senior partner in the firm, and his areas of practice include commercial and residential real estate, wills, trusts and estates, as well as all forms of probate work. Mr. Weiner represents a wide variety of clients including several lending institutions and real estate firms. Mr. Weiner also serves on the Board of Directors for The Coastal Bank. Mr. Weiner has been the County Guardian and County Administrator for Chatham County since 1965.
